5. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders include free shipping.

  • No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free delivery.
  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours after order confirmation.

  • Processing time refers to order verification, packaging, and handover to the logistics provider.

  • Orders placed before 17:00 on a business day are treated as same-day orders and enter the processing queue accordingly.

  • Orders placed after 17:00 on a business day are treated as next business day orders, and processing time begins the following day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders are shipped using third-party logistics service providers.

  • Once shipped, delivery is typically completed within 7–10 days, subject to reasonable variations caused by location, weather, or carrier conditions.

  • If delivery time significantly exceeds the estimated timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact us for assistance, preferably by email. Phone support is available as a secondary option.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders placed within 48 hours of purchase and not yet shipped may be cancelled upon request.

  • Orders that have already been shipped or were placed more than 48 hours ago cannot be cancelled.

Once an order has progressed beyond the initial processing stage or has been handed over to a logistics provider, cancellation may no longer be feasible. In such cases, customers are encouraged to receive the product and follow the applicable return and refund process, where eligible.

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted by email as the preferred method.

  • Phone requests may be used as a supplementary option during business hours.

  • Exchange services are not provided. Furniture products are typically large, costly to transport, and may vary by batch or configuration. Supporting exchanges may increase the risk of damage and operational delays. For these reasons, eligible items may be returned for a refund, and customers may place a new order if required.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Customers may apply for a return after receiving the product, subject to the terms outlined below.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in good condition, and suitable for resale.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and complimentary items must be included.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, improper installation, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a refund.

  • Returns may be rejected if the condition of the item materially affects resale.

  • Customers must submit a request by email stating the order number and reason for return or refund.
