Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

1. Scope of Service

  • Return services are available for eligible orders.

  • Exchange services are not provided.Furniture products are typically large, costly to transport, and may vary by batch or configuration. Supporting exchanges may increase the risk of damage and operational delays.For these reasons, eligible items may be returned for a refund, and customers may place a new order if required.

2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase and before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled directly.

  • Customers may apply for a return after receiving the product, subject to the terms outlined below.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in good condition, and suitable for resale.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and complimentary items must be included.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, improper installation, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a refund.

  • Returns may be rejected if the condition of the item materially affects resale.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Products damaged during transportation may be eligible for a refund.

  • Products that do not match the original order in model or specification may be eligible for a refund.

  • A full or partial refund may be provided after verification.

  • Return costs in these cases will not be charged to the customer.

5. Return and Refund Process

  • Customers must submit a request by email stating the order number and reason for return or refund.

  • Order status and eligibility will be reviewed.

  • Approved requests will be guided through the return process.

  • A return label is typically included in the original package.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Return Method and Fees

  • Returns due to a change of mind may result in deductions for original shipping or handling costs.

  • Returns caused by product defects, shipping damage, or incorrect delivery will not incur return fees.

  • Items damaged by the customer or not meeting return conditions are not eligible for a refund.
