Order Cancellation Policy

Orders placed within 48 hours of purchase and not yet shipped may be cancelled upon request.

Orders that have already been shipped or were placed more than 48 hours ago cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has progressed beyond the initial processing stage or has been handed over to a logistics provider, cancellation may no longer be feasible. In such cases, customers are encouraged to receive the product and follow the applicable return and refund process, where eligible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
